General Terms and Conditions - Koreanblossom.nl

1. General

1.1. These general conditions apply to all agreements and transactions between Koreanblossom.nl and its customers.

1.2. Koreanblossom.nl is located at Purmer 10, 8244AS Lelystad, Netherlands, and is registered under the VAT number: NL005052190B83 and Chamber of Commerce number: 93921330.

1.3. By placing an order with Koreanblossom.nl, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

2. Orders

2.1. Orders can be placed through the website of Koreanblossom.nl or through other sales channels offered by Koreanblossom.nl.

2.2. Koreanblossom.nl reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to insufficient stock, technical problems, or suspected fraud.

3. Price and Payment

3.1. All prices on the Koreanblossom.nl website are stated in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

3.2. Payment must be made in the manner indicated during the ordering process. The order will not be processed until payment has been received.

3.3. In the event of payment via an electronic payment system, the terms and conditions of that system shall apply.

4. Delivery

4.1. Koreanblossom.nl strives to deliver orders as soon as possible after receipt of payment, unless otherwise agreed or stated otherwise on the website.

4.2. The customer is responsible for providing a correct delivery address. Koreanblossom.nl is not responsible for delays or incorrect deliveries due to incorrect address information.

5. Return policy

5.1. The customer has the right within 14 days after receipt of the order, without giving reasons, to dissolve the agreement and return the order. Please note: There is a charge for returning your order, this is because we need to collect the bike from you. Please see Return Policy page for more information.

5.2. Returns must be returned in original condition and packaging, and with all accompanying accessories.

5.3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed or otherwise stated on the website.

6. Warranty

6.1. Koreanblossom.nl provides warranty on its products in accordance with the legal warranty provisions.

6.2. The warranty period and conditions may vary per product. Information about this can be found on the website of Koreanblossom.nl or can be requested from the customer service department.

7. Liability

7.1. Koreanblossom.nl is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of its products, unless there is intent or gross negligence on the part of Koreanblossom.nl.

8. Applicable law and Disputes

8.1. All agreements between Koreanblossom.nl and its customers are exclusively governed by Dutch law.

8.2. Disputes betweenKoreanblossom.nl and its customers will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Koreanblossom.nl is located.

9. Changes

9.1. Koreanblossom.nl reserves the right to modify or supplement these general terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective as soon as they are published on the website of Koreanblossom.nl.
