Return Policy:

At Koreanblossom, we strive to satisfy our customers with our products and service. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer you the option to return the product within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.

If you decide to exercise your right of withdrawal, there are certain steps to follow:

1. Contact our customer service department within 14 days of receiving your order to register your return.

2. Ensure that the product is returned in its original new condition and packaging, including all supplied accessories.

3. Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will proceed to refund the purchase price.

Please note: Products that are damaged, incomplete or show signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the product are not eligible for a full refund. In such cases, we reserve the right to refuse or withhold a portion of the refund.
